Mcrrcw. is an independent Dutch duo consisting of Imke Dekker and Senne Taks. They make ambient indie-pop with a cinematic touch. Mcrrcw. believes in using music to break through taboos surrounding mental health and connecting people by making this discussable. It’s better to face than to avoid your problems, and Mcrrcw. wants to show you you’re not alone while braving them. Mcrrcw. was founded after the pandemic, as they found that connecting people with music is now more important than ever. They are inspired by a lot of different artists; like Phoebe Bridgers, Paramore, Hans Zimmer and Lizzy McAlpine.
